About Deploy Grade
Deploy Grade is a twice-weekly brief for people who own AI budgets. The product is simple: grade what companies actually deploy, and track what the tools cost — including the limits and terms that do not show up in a launch post.
Tuesday is a teardown of one real deployment (stack, cost, payback, grade). Friday is a change report on prices, limits, and terms. The editorial stance is receipts-first: source the claim, publish the rubric, disclose material relationships next to the mention.
The newsletter lives on Substack. This site is the public face of the brief: positioning, subscribe path, and sponsor contact. It is not a blog archive.
Media kit
This is a stub. We do not publish list size, engagement rates, traffic, or sponsor prices here. Those numbers will appear only when we have figures we are willing to stand behind.
Until then, the honest kit is: audience is operators and founders who own or influence AI spend; cadence is two issues a week; contact is deploygrade@pm.me.
